How many LEDs can I manage in DMX on a universe?
It depends on which model you order. For example, our standard version magic bars have 60 LEDs per meter divided into 20 RGB pixels. Each pixel will therefore have 3 channels. You can manage up to 8 Magic bars every 512ch.
How many LEDs does a control unit manage?
Each plowing node can manage up to 512 DMN channels for each port. In the case of the magic 20 pixel RGB bars, for example, we could manage up to 8 for each output. A plowing node with 8 XLR outputs can manage up to 64 total LEDs. Nodes can be placed in series to use unlimited pixels.
